THE EMPIRE STATE
The Empire State is a modern high-rise building situated in New York.
The building was made in 1931. When it was finished, a lot of people wouldn't notice it, since it looked like a normal building, but now it's one of the most touristic buildings in America!
Every year, thousands of people go there because of the amazing views of the city. On new years eve, hundreds of people surround the building and they wait until midnight to celebrate the new year.
It is a 102-survey and it is incredibly tall.
There aren't any inhabitants living there due to it is an office block, where a lot of people work.
I think the Empire State is a very modern building I would like to visit, but I prefer visiting older buildings, such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris or La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.
